ABOUT ME
"Fitness has always played an integral role in my life, especially growing up as an athlete playing competitive soccer, basketball, and college golf! I was the shortest and smallest 9 times out of 10 but sports/fitness has always been EVERYTHING for me! It taught me the importance of TEAM and how WE become better by LIFTing OTHERS UP! Within my personal transformation, cultivating a healthy active lifestyle has supported me in breaking through some dysphoriaʼs and limiting beliefs. Itʼs given me an outlet to reconcile, re-connect, and truly love parts of myself that I once deemed unlovable and I want to help others do the same!!
So whether you want to simply feel better, stronger, fitter, more confident and create healthier habits, just know we are on this journey together! ( here to guide and support you) There are going to be days where you may fall off, that's okay, give yourself some grace, reconnect with your goals/ your why, and let's pick up right where you left off with the mindset of how can I do better today?! You owe it to yourself to keep pressing forward.
With my clients we focus on “how can I do the best I can with what I have, making the most of the moments and taking it one day at a time?” The aim of the game is progress through an iterative process. Those small daily improvements over time become habits and we’re able to create the evidence of consistency THEN we continue to build upon these!
